  • SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS MAY RESULT IN RAPID SIGNIFICANT FLOODING OF URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS...INCLUDING UNDERPASSES AND OTHER AREAS MORE PRONE TO FLOODING. KEEP IN MIND FLOODING MAY NOT BE WIDESPREAD...BUT RATHER LIMITED TO A FEW LOCATIONS IN THE WATCH AREA...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE SOUTH COAST.
  • HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO IMPACT THE EVENING COMMUTE. DRIVERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR BRIEFLY LOW VISIBILITY AND PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS.
