Indecent Assault Charge for Plymouth Man at Xfinity Center Concert
William McClellan, of Plymouth, was charged was indecently assaulting a woman at a recent Xfinity Center show.
MANSFIELD, MA — A Plymouth man faces charges for inappropriately touching a woman during a concert at the Xfinity Center.
William McClellan, 29, was arrested during Friday's Modest Mouse concert and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, according to the Mansfield Police Log. The Sun Chronicle reports that he was arraigned Tuesday in Attleboro District Court. He pleaded innocent to the charge.

According to the Mansfield Police Log, security at the venue reported an indecent assault that took place in the lawn section and a suspect that allegedly fled the area. The male was detained by police near a concession stand.
Police say McClellan touched one of the victim's breasts and does not know her.

He is free on $500 bail and is due back in court on Aug. 31.
