Jazz Night featuring Bruce Gertz Quintet

Plymouth’s Spire Center for Performing Arts presents the first of monthly Jazz Night's on Saturday, June 28th at 7:30 PM. The evening opens up with The Bob Hayes Band featuring Dennis Cook on Tenor Saxophone & Flute. Pianist Bob Hayes will be celebrating his 87th Birthday on June 14th! He bills himself as "the longest actively performing club musician on Cape Cod"! Bob's shows are always fun & entertaining!
 
The Bruce Gertz Quintet featuring Bruce on bass, Phil Grenadier on trumpet, Gabriel Guerrero on piano, Austin McMahon on drums and internationally recognized jazz saxophonist, composer, author and educator Jerry Bergonzi who was previously with the Dave Brubeck Quartet. This is a world-class jazz act. They recently released a new CD of original music much of which they will perform at The Spire Center. Not to be missed!
