Marshfield Manhunt After Wife Fatally Shot: DA
A manhunt is on for 47-year-old Alan Warner, who is considered armed and dangerous.

MARSHFIELD, MA — Police are searching for a man who is a person of interest after his estranged wife was fatally shot in Route 3A Monday night. Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz said Allen Warner, 47, is wanted following an "active shooter" situation.
Warner is believed to be in a gray Toyota Corolla with a license plate of 4FSZ80. He is considered armed and dangerous.
The victim had called 911 to report Warner's aggressive behavior. Police arrived to find the victim with what appeared to be a gunshot wound in her face. She was later pronounced dead at South Shore Hospital.

The shooting occurred near ABC Equipment Co. on Main Street around 5:30 p.m. The victim and Warner were in the same car when he shot her, authorities said.
A shelter in place was put into effect in the area, which included Marshfield High.
