• Question 2 would impact urban not suburban communities

• Public charter schools provide choices for parents stuck in failing schools

• Question 2 would help close the achievement gap between white suburban kids and urban minority students

The spot concludes with a quote from the Lowell Sun calling Question 2 “a kid’s civil right.”

“Newspapers across Massachusetts agree that Question 2 would provide help to urban kids stuck in failing schools, and since they’ve made such a powerful case for a yes vote on Question 2, we decided use their words in our closing ad,” said Eileen O’Connor, spokesperson for Great Schools Massachusetts.
