Nor'easter to Bring Miserable Mix of Heavy Rain, Strong Winds, Snow
A flood watch was issued for Plymouth.

A nor’easter will deliver a miserable mix of heavy rain, strong winds, and snow Tuesday.
Light snow is expected Monday afternoon,according to the National Weather Service. Things will turn to rain Tuesday morning, and wind gusts could hit up to 40 mph. Rainfall totals are expected to reach 2.5 inches. NWS issued a flood watch for urban areas.
The rain will be contained to eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Central and western Massachusetts could see 6 or more inches of snow Tuesday.
