"When PACTV, the Plymouth Public Library and Plimoth Plantation partnered on the One Play, One Community: Romeo and Juliet collaboration, we knew something special was happening, but none of us could have seen the wonderful moments that the summer would hold: ESL (English as a Second Language) students experiencing Shakespeare for the first time, local writers and amateur performers engaging Shakespeare as artists themselves, and the exciting use of
the Plimoth Players to bring the Bard to audiences of all ages” Deputy Director of Plimoth Plantation Richard Pickering said. “And now thanks to PACTV's television of version of Romeo and Juliet, the project can continue to touch lives and extend the summer's magic.”
