A group of Pembroke residents is filing a petition to break a deal the town's Board of Selectmen made in July to sell the town's cable access facilities to PACTV for $1.
At issue is a move by selectmen in July to sell Pembroke’s cable access facilities, worth more than $1 million, for just one dollar.
PACTV has taken over programming for Pembroke's public access station.

A petition organizer told WATD that selectmen haven’t explained why they did what they did, but she said the people behind the petition are determined to get the transaction reversed.
