The Pinehills Fall Open House, Etsy Art Market, and More

The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA is gearing up for their Fall Open House on Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 9am – 5pm. Over twenty model and ready to move in homes, from cottages to townhomes open their doors for interested home buyers. Many of the neighborhoods will feature their own special activities throughout the day, from live music, food sampling and dusty shoe tours.

In addition to the Fall Open House on Saturday, September 20, the Village Green at The Pinehills will host an Etsy Arts Market featuring the handmade work from local Etsy shop owners including jewelry, home décor, apparel, children and pet accessories and more. Visitors to Great Island by Del Webb can shop at the Great Island Artisans Guild Fall Arts & Crafts Fair in the Great Island neighborhood will take place at the Great Island Overlook Clubhouse from 10am – 4pm.

Start your Fall Open House visit at The Summerhouse, The Pinehills’ welcome center where you can pick up your official tour map. Here is some of what’s planned for the Fall Open House:

• The Green Company – Tour 3 model homes plus a move in ready home. Last chance to own a home in Greengate. Plus, from 12-2pm enjoy live music from Duncan Walters, coffee from the Black Magic Coffee Company, fresh apple cider doughnuts from Guilty Bakery in Plymouth – while supplies last.
• Seton Highlands by Design Housing – Presenting three new Model Homes at Seton Highlands, the “Marion”, “Dartmouth” and the “Chatham”. Join the Design Housing team for refreshments and viewings of the new homes.
• Whitman Homes – 9am-5pm: Enter for a chance to win $100 gift certificates to The Market and Mamma Mia’s at The Pinehills when you visit their Move-In Ready Homes at 11 Painted Cottage and 14 Boatwright’s Loop.
• MacKenzie Brothers - 10am-Noon: Meet the Builder. Visit 3 Shutter Latch and meet Glenn MacKenzie, award winning custom and cottage home builder. Tour the Beechwood Design and talk to Glenn about building a cottage or custom home at The Pinehills for you
• Toll Brothers – Toll Brother’s new neighborhood, Skipping Stone, features its new Model Home at 24 Skipping Stone.
• Barefoot Cottage Company – Tour the new model at 22 Cobblestone in the Cobblestone neighborhood.
• Summerhouse – WROR Street team will be at The Summerhouse from 12noon – 2pm with games, giveaways and prizes
• The Village Green - Etsy Arts Market from 10am – 5pm: Handmade goods from local Etsy Shop owners including jewelry, apparel, home décor, children and pet accessories and more. Visit with the street teams of Country 102.5 (1-3pm) and Radio 92.9 (11am-1pm).
• Westwinds Bookshop –Their roving Airstream Bookshop will be onsite from 9am – 5pm filled with book club recommendations, best sellers, local reads, up and coming authors, children’s books and hot picks.
• Radio 92.9 WBOS (11am-1pm) and Country 102.5 (1-3pm) will be on hand at the Village Green with their street teams: games, contests with prizes and giveaways while supplies last.
• Mamma Mia’s at the Village Green: Watch pizza tossing demonstrations and grab lunch or dinner inside or outside at the Mamma Mia’s Pizza Stand.
• TD Bank at The Pinehills - 10am-5pm: Visit TD Bank Managers on the Village Green for give-aways while supplies last and information on how to start banking with”America’s Most Convenient Bank”.
