Plymouth 400 Anniversary Events Committee Seeks Community Input

The next meeting to discuss plans for the 2020 year of celebration will be Wednesday at Christ Church Parish at 6:30 p.m.

PLYMOUTH, MA — Preparations are well underway to celebrate the 400th birthday of Plymouth. The next community update meeting will be Wednesday night at Christ Church Parish where Plymouth residents can hear about plans for all the events being planned to commemorate one of the oldest birthdays in American history.

There will also be opportunities to learn how to volunteer and help Plymouth celebrate in 2020. The meeting will begin at 6:30. The next meeting after that will be Jan. 15 at J. James Auctioneers and & Appraisers (Cold Spring Chapel).

The first 45 minutes to an hour of each meeting will give an overview of Plymouth 400's goals, mission and signature events and programs. Plymouth 400 community update meetings are open to the public. Those in attendance are encourage to participate in the discussion, ask questions and provide feedback.
