Plymouth Community Theatre Presents 'MOMologues'
The theater's latest performance
The Plymouth Community Theatre will be performing the comedy MOMologues this weekend; a play that focuses on the various ups and downs of motherhood. Written by Boston playwrights Lisa Rafferty, Stefanie Cloutier and Sheila Eppolito, the play is described as “a tribute to the toughest job you’ll ever love.”
The audience will follow four women as they go through the many stages of motherhood from the joys of infertility to watching their child get on the school bus for the first time. The show is directed by Elizabeth Bettencourt who has done other performances with the PCT such as Bedroom Farce in 2009 and has also worked with the New Bedford Festival Theatre and the Zeiterion Theatre.
The show will be performed at the Plymouth Center for the Arts and tickets will be available at the door. Tickets may be purchased in advance at Hollis Insurance Agency at The Pinehills in Plymouth. Tickets are $15 for general admission, first come, first serve. Full information on the event can be found at www.plymouthcommunitytheatre.net.
