Homeless man faces burglary charge
Paul R. Hachey, 33, homeless, had a warrant charge of breaking and entering at night continued to Feb. 9 for a pretrial hearing in Plymouth District Court. The charge stems from a Dec. 5 incident at 2:50 p.m. in Plymouth.
Assault charge moves forward to hearing
Jason M. Owen, 22, of 28 Mayflower Ridge Road, Plymouth had a charge of aggravated assault and battery continued to Dec. 29 for a pretrial hearing in Plymouth District Court. The charge stems from a Dec. 4 incident at 12:21 a.m. on Main Street in Plymouth.
