Zerkel is pregnant, police said, so she and Maglio were also charged with endangering a child.
Hull police, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Old Colony Police Anti-Crime Task Force investigated the couple.
"I am very proud that this investigation came to a conclusion without incident or injury to either the suspects or police officers involved," Hull Police Chief Robert Sawtelle said in a statement. "This operation was the result of a tremendous investigative effort by Hull Police Detectives, working closely with our law enforcement partners from around the region and federally."
Maglio was held on $80,000 bail. Zerkle was released on personal recognizance.
