Plymouth Man Wins $1M in Lottery
Brendan Lyne said he plans to use his Massachusetts State Lottery winnings for his retirement.
PLYMOUTH, MA — A Plymouth man is $1 million richer after hitting a jackpot in the Massachusetts State Lottery. Brendan Lyne won the prize in the lottery's $10 "Holiday Bonus" scratch ticket.
Lyne choose to receive 20 annual payments of $50,000, minus taxes.
Lyne said he plans to use the money for his retirement. He purchased the winning ticket at Tedeschi on Washington Street in Quincy. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus.
