Armchair Travel is more popular than ever! On Wednesday, February 17 at 2:00, come sit by the cozy fire, and listen to a live travel adventure presented by Tom Cummiskey, Outreach Librarian, who will take you along on a virtual six day tour of the land of Fire and Ice: Iceland. No plane reservations required, just an online registration. There will be sounds and sights, as well as a few readings from noted Icelandic authors, Halldor Laxness, and the Sagas of Icelanders. Grab your travel shoes and your sense for adventure and come along!
