REACH, Inc. presents Plymouth Rocks Music Festival 2013. REACH, Inc. assists men and women with developmental disabilities reach their full potential toward independence, self determination and happiness at home, at work and in their community. This benefit concert headlining the legendary James Montgomery Blues Band with bassist David Hull and Boston's own celebrity Actor/Comic Tony V will open the show at Plymouth Memorial Hall on September 28th. Tickets are just $20 and all proceeds benefit the George W. Wagner REACH Recreation fund helping to fulfill lifelong dreams for some very special men and women in our community.
