A blizzard forced the closure of Plymouth schools for the second day in a row.

PLYMOUTH, MA — Plymouth schools will be closed Friday after a blizzard dumped nearly 2 feet of snow on town. The blizzard knocked out power to nearly 1,000 in Plymouth.
Plymouth schools were also closed Thursday due to the blizzard. The snow was expected to wind down Thursday night. Friday will be frigid, with wind chill values hovering around zero.
