Plymouth Seeks More Snowplow Drivers Ahead Of Winter

PLYMOUTH, MA — As winter approaches, Plymouth is getting a head start on preparations for the snowy months ahead.

The town is looking to expand its snowplowing ranks by seeking drivers with snowplows for the upcoming winter season.

Anyone interested in joining the town's snowplowing team must register their vehicle in person at the Highway Office. Vehicle inspections are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Applicants must also provide a signed copy of the plowing and sanding regulations application, along with a copy of their vehicle registration and the driver's license of the operator assigned to the vehicle.

To qualify for early incentive pay rates, drivers must complete all registration requirements and vehicle inspections by Nov. 16.
