PLYMOUTH MA — Town of Plymouth Office of Community Development-Small Business Relief Grant Program INTRODUCTION2020 SMALL BUSINESS RELIEF GRANT PROGRAM- In response to the economic hardships experienced by small businesses resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Plymouth Office of Community Development (OCD) is launching the 2020 Small Business Relief Grant Program in an effort to retain jobs and stabilize local businesses. This Program is a gap financing program in response to the Covid-19 outbreak for businesses that have lost business as a result of the shutdown due to the Pandemic. The Town of Plymouth OCD has added this grant program to its existing economic development programs to create a combined funding mechanism that will serve businesses with up to five (5) employees at the time of application.
