Plymouth Turbine Installation In Jeopardy Over Falmouth - Kingston Noise Problems

Cat’s Out Of The Bag State Badly Mismanaged Commercial Megawatt Wind Turbine Setbacks

Ten years ago Massachusetts made up model setbacks to small commercial Kilowatt wind turbines. The state never changed the setbacks as the turbines over time became three to four times larger as Megawatt turbines.

The wind turbine victims describe the noise as torture. Their residential property rights have been taken with no compensation.

Massachusetts has no saftey mechanisms for the safety of residential home owners near commercial megawatt wind turbines.

In early 2010 the state and local officials ignored written certified noise complaints from Falmouth residents. The state went forward placing these turbines in communities all over Massachusetts ignoring citizens complaints every time another turbine went up.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Noise Control Regulation 310 CMR 7.10 have been broken at almost every installation. The Mass DEP confirmed Friday a Kingston wind turbine is breaking state noise guidelines.

The Plymouth project known as Future Generation Wind has 4 commercial megawatt wind turbines in the 2 megawatt class. These turbines are the largest in Massachusetts 100 feet taller than the out of compliance Falmouth and Kingston turbines.

Construction of the Plymouth project has been held up by the Bourne Board of Health. The board wants assurance the noise will not effect Bourne residents.

The 4 massive Plymouth turbines 25 percent larger than the Falmouth and Kingston turbines also border the Town of Bourne and Wareham. There are around 400 residential homes in the area.

Plymouth, Bourne and Wareham residents may be facing a type of Groundhog Day. The turbines start up they file certified written complains, a few years later they study the noise and then after three to five years shut the turbines down 12 hours a night and Sunday.

We have reached a point where state and local officials should face a Dangerousness Hearing. They have put the public in danger.

It’s my opinion the Plymouth District Attorney’s office should at this point move for a Dangerousness Hearing of the officials involved with the Plymouth turbines

It has been rumored that some residents living around the Plymouth wind turbines have signed agreements with the developers. Please keep in mind you can not sign away your childerns right to a safe environment.

Minors also have rights under the U.S. Constitution. They have the right to equal protection, which means that every child is entitled to the same treatment at the hands of authority regardless of race, gender, disability, or religion. Children are also entitled to due process, which includes notice and a hearing, before any of their basic rights are taken

The state of Massachusetts is acutley aware of catastrophic health problems caused by commercial megawatt wind turbines.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center admitted in an April 2013 memo to the Town of Falmouth they made mistakes in the noise tests of the first Falmouth Wind 1 turbine.

The State of Massachusetts enabled private and public commercial megawatt wind turbine owners to break the state noise laws in multiple towns.

The recent disclosure of the Kingston wind turbine breaking state noise laws brings into question the liabilty of placing wind turbines even larger in residential neighborhoods

Massachusetts local and state officials and the news media have been well aware for 5 years about the noise described as torture

Massachusetts local and state officials and the news media have allowed the noise torture to continue until further notice

The problems continue to get worse by the day and the citizens are ignored.

For the sake of humanity stop the madness !
