Plymouth Wind Project:
The project appears to be called Future Generation Wind, FGW, new owner : ConEdison Solutions

Note #1: The closest abutter lives just 1,400’ from the FGW Project.

Note #2: There are over 200 residential properties located within 2,500’ of the FGW project with several of these properties located across the Plymouth border in the towns of Bourne and Wareham Ma.

Note #3: In December of 2014, former owner appeared before the Bourne, Ma Board of Health. The BOH requested, at meetings end, that a variance be filed to assure that the operations would comply with their Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) health regulation.

Has FGW has never complied with that request ? In fact, sometime after this meeting it appears (though not reported) that the former owner sold his project to Con Edison.

Question & Observation #1: The former owner, given his “presentation” to the Bourne BOH, does it expose ignorance of the very operation he has been planning since well before the 2011 permit approval by Plymouth officials ?

There is enough data collected, and reporting done as of July 2015 to support the contention that Future Generation Wind is not a viable project given the lack of appropriate setbacks to residential neighborhoods.

I wonder if the data collected by HMMH in Kingston (some of which is being with-held by the MassCEC) was shared with the former owner and the truth of the data might well have convinced him to unload his project on a public utility with deep pockets?!?!

Just a thought and if I were a reporter I sure would be asking this sort of question.

Question & Observation #2: The town of Duxbury, Ma signed a PPA with FGW back in 2014.

The Duxbury Alternative Energy Committee put forth a warrant article at town meeting to vote on approving this PPA.

There was some pushback as there was no desire to beggar thy neighbor by outsourcing the harm to other communities so Duxbury taxpayers might see some savings. The Alternative Energy Committee provided assurances that the Mass Clean Energy Center had assured them there would be no harm to come. Mr. Bolgen of the Mass CEC was contacted and he refused to put in writing that the Future Generation Wind project would NOT harm the neighbors by way of excessive and invasive noise and strobing impacts.

Question & Conclusion:
The MassCEC is responsible for continuing to promote this disaster in the making, at both rate-payer and neighbor expense.

The MassCEC is in possession of the very data that proves the certainty that this project WILL violate the Massachusetts Air Pollution Control Regulation...some of this data, collected during wind shear conditions, remains hidden from public view!!!!
