Prepping Plymouth for Summer: Cafe Nicole Waits for Warmer Weather

Last year around this time, snow was out of mind and out of sight and Plymouth restaurants like Carmen's Cafe Nicole already featured patio setups.

This year, Tamara Thomson, the owner's sister, said the cafe is still waiting.

"We're pretty seasonal here," Thomson said.

To get ready for tourist season, the restaurant has overhauled its breakfast menu. In addition to breakfast, Cafe Nicole serves a lunch menu with fresh seafood, signature salads and other healthy options.
