Setting the Space Expands in Main Street Location

Less than a year after opening, Setting the Space Interiors will open its expanded retail store Feb. 1.

Setting the Space Interiors, specializing in home décor and interior design, will expand its retail store by 2,500 square feet Feb. 1.

Setting the Space first opened in April 2011 and is located at 2 Main St., in downtown Plymouth. The 10,000 square foot one-of-a-kind retail store sells every thing from furniture and home accessories to hand made jewelry. In addition to their retail store, Setting the Space also specializes in a wide range of both residential and commercial interior design, furniture rental, and to date has staged over one billion dollars of real estate.

“It was always our dream to expand but we never thought it would happen only months after first opening our doors," Blair Hamaty, CEO of Setting the Space said. "The extra square footage will give us more space to showcase our beautiful product inventory. We’ve recently attended several trade shows and have countless unique items to share with our customers; the larger store will allow us more of an opportunity to do that. We also host several in-store events every year and the added space will allow us to accommodate more guests.”

Will Hayward, the creative director of Setting the Space, said, “When we opened last April we hoped we’d be able to eventually grow our retail space but we didn’t think it would happen so soon. Our customers have been great and I’m happy to report that they keep us very busy.”
