Shakespeare on the Strand: Romeo and Juliet
The Plymouth Public Library is hosting a series of Shakespeare events this summer.

Romeo and Juliet has influenced the way we see young love, star-crossed and passionate.
The story’s themes weave through music, literature, theatre, art and film for centuries through to today. If you have ever been enchanted by the language of the Bard’s written word, enthralled by a live performance or ensnared by a film of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet please join us on Saturday, June 25, at 2:30 p.m. at the Manomet Branch Library, 12 Strand Ave, for a discussion of the play. This discussion is part of the One Play, One Community: Romeo and Juliet summer event. Come share your knowledge or interest in the play while getting insight from other readers.
If you would like more information please contact the Manomet Branch Library 508-830-4185 or the Assistant Director at 508-830-4250.
