South Shore Conservatory's Pure Treble and Pure Harmony Choruses to Perform Winter Concert
Youth choruses combine for concert open to the public

South Shore Conservatory’s (SSC) Pure Treble and Pure Harmony youth choruses present a winter concert on Monday, December 1, 7 pm at SSC’s Ellison Center for the Arts, 64 St. George Street, Duxbury.
Pure Treble is open to students in grades 2 through 5, while Pure Harmony is geared to students in grades 6 through 9. Both choruses serve several South Shore communities. Pure Treble and Pure Harmony have been featured in concert with the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra and the African Children’s Choir. Kathy McMinn, music teacher and choral director with the Plymouth Public Schools, directs Pure Treble. New Pure Harmony director, Brandon Coon also teaches in Plymouth. Judy Ponte is the accompanist for both groups.
Both choruses will perform a variety of musical genres featuring multiple parts and foreign languages. The choruses will perform independently and in consort. The concert is free and open to the public.
