Spring Roadwork Begins on Obery Street

There are four seasons in New England, almost winter, winter, still winter and road construction.

Well, we really didn't have still winter, or any winter at all over the past few months, but road construction season is coming.

Beginning March 26 road work will begin on Obery Street, the work should conclude April 20. Between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. the road will be open but there will be delays and limitations, according to Patrick O'Brien, the special assistant to the Town Manager.

Roadway milling and paving will take place during April Vacation week, from April 16 through 20.
