Golfers and non-golfers are invited to participate in the 9th annual Christ Church Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 12, at Southers Marsh Golf Club in Plymouth. The best-ball format begins with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Lunch will be served following golf and will include a silent auction, raffle and other fun activities. Proceeds will benefit children’s holiday programs providing gifts and necessities for the neediest individuals in the Plymouth area.

Cost to play in the Christ Church Golf Tournament is $110 per person. Pay before June 27 to earn the early bird special of $100. For $30, non-golfers can enjoy lunch and take part in the après-golf events.

The tournament will include a Hole-in-One Contest with a grand prize of a new car and a Helicopter Drop. For the latter challenge, people buy numbered squares in a grid marked on nearby land. A golf ball is dropped from a helicopter. If it lands on your square, you win!
