Yoga teacher trains with Amy Weintraub, author of Yoga for Depression

So excited to bring the yoga teaching of Amy Weintraub into the community.
I continue to work towards Lifeforce Yoga Healing Practitioner through the national teachers certification program.
Amy has practiced, written about and researched the ancient yoga practices of pranayama, mudra, and mantra- breathing, hand gestures, and sound- and found the deep healing and balancing traditions are a tremendously successful way to help ourselves manage mood.  Her book Yoga for Depression is an essential tool for those looking for healing.
Not only are these practices useful for those in mental health therapy, but beneficial for those seeking a stronger, healthier, happier, and more peaceful and fulfilling life in a culture of constant mental stimulation and drive.  Be the best you can Be!
I will continue to practice and bring these teachings to my yoga classes at Softstone Yoga.  Please contact me or see the website at softstoneyoga.com for more information on class times!
Warmly,
Namaste,
Jennifer Lenders
