Quincy Rollover Crash: 1 Dead

QUINCY, MA – An 18-year-old man was killed in a rollover crash in Quincy Monday morning. A pickup truck hit a utility pole around 12:30 a.m. on Palmer Street, drove off the road, collided with a chain link fence, hit another utility pole, crashed into two parked cars and flipped over.

Live wires were brought down as a result of the crash.

An 18-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another passenger, a 17 year-old male, was taken to Boston Medical Center with life threatening injuries. A third occupant of the vehicle, a 22 year-old male, was transported to Quincy Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

The crash is under police investigation.
