Body Found Inside Snow-Covered Truck In Quincy

QUINCY, MA — Police found the body of a 56-year-old Quincy woman inside a snow-covered truck at a Star Market parking lot.

Police told the Boston Globe that two detectives noticed the body while investigating an unrelated matter just before 11 a.m., Friday.

The woman was not identified, but according to police, she had been missing since Tuesday. Police told the Patriot Ledger the cause of death was likely a drug overdose. but state medical examiners will confirm the official cause of death.
