Drugs, Weapons Recovered During Quincy Traffic Stop

State police say they seized a .40 cal. Steyr with a high capacity magazine with nine live cartridges, a stun gun, and more.

QUINCY, MA — Four men were arrested just after midnight in Quincy on multiple gun and drug charges.

During a traffic stop on West Squantum Street in Quincy, Fabio Baez, 19, of Manchester, New Hampshire; Jahvante Christopher, 23, of, Dorchester; Jamie Wallace, 26, of Mattapan; and Shaquille Manago, 24, of Boston, were arrested and taken into police custody.

During a search of the car, State Police allegedly recovered a .40 cal. Steyr with a high capacity magazine with nine live cartridges, a stun gun, two lockpicks and three packets of “Rx ONLY” Lidocaine. Also located on the suspects and in the vehicle were cocaine, 14 citalopram hydrobromide pills, brass knuckles, and $1,009.00 in cash.

Police say the traffic stop was conducted after a trooper observed the vehicle run a red light.

  • Possession of a firearm without an FID

  • Conspiracy to violate drug laws
  • Carrying a dangerous weapon (Brass Knuckles)
  • Unlicensed operation of motor vehicle
  • Failure to wear seat belt
  • Failure to stop for red light

Jamie Wallace:

  • Possession of a firearm without an FID
  • Possession of a high capacity magazine
  • Possession of ammunition without an FID
  • Possession of Burglarious tools
  • Possession with intent to distribute Class E
  • Conspiracy to violate drug laws
  • Failure to wear seat belt
  • Warrant out of Roxbury Municipal Court

Shaquille Manago:

  • Possession of a firearm without an FID
  • Possession of a high capacity magazine
  • Possession of ammunition without an FID
  • Possession of Burglarious tools
  • Possession with intent to distribute Class E
