Free Woman's Self-Defense Class With Quincy Police
The first night involves learning strikes, blocks, and blows, while the second night is a skills test against an "attacker."

QUINCY, MA — The police department is running a free self-defense program for woman.
The program is open to women 18 and older, and to 16 and older if accompanied by an adult or guardian. This is a two-night class scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 25 and 26. Attendance is required both nights as the classes build off each other.
The first night involves learning strikes, blocks and blows, while the second night provides an opportunity to test your skills against an "attacker."
