Mother Charged With Leaving Child in Home With 'Deplorable' Conditions
Another child was found at a 7-Eleven, police said.

QUINCY, MA — The mother of a child found along at a 7-Eleven in Quincy was taken into custody Tuesday, police said.
Latoya Brown-Allen, 30, faces a charged of reckless endangerment of a child. She was arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court.
Police say store employees located the child and when officers arrived at their home, they found a 2-year-old all alone, according to WFXT. Officers described the house as "deplorable."

The children were placed into emergency custody by Department of Children and Families and the home has been condemned by the Department of Health.
