Photo of Suspect in Quincy Karaoke Bar Stabbing Released

QUINCY, MA — The Quincy Police Department has released a photo of a person they believe was involved in a stabbing that took place in a bar over the weekend.

Police have not released the suspect's name, but the person in the picture is wanted for assault to murder.

At about 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning, police responded to a reported stabbing at the Jazz Moon Karaoke Bar on Quincy Avenue. Upon arrival, police found a woman on the ground surrounded by a large amount of blood. The victim, identified as a 43-year-old woman, was taken to Boston Medical Center. Police say the woman was stabbed five times.
