In accordance with Governor Charles D. Bakers March 10, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 20, the City Council of the City of Quincy will be convening a Public Hearing via remote conferencing services on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 7:30 PM pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40 § 56 as well as guidelines of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue in order to determine the percentages of local tax levy to borne by each class of real property, as defined in § 2A of Chapter 59, and personal property in Fiscal Year 2021.
