Quincy Food Truck And Music Festival Set To Return In Early October

QUINCY, MA — In early October, the Quincy Food Truck & Music Festival will return for the ninth straight year. The festival is set for Oct. 3 from noon to 6 p.m. It will be held on Coddington Street.

This year, the festivities will include food trucks from across Quincy. Visitors will have different food options, such as Birria Mexican Grill, Cheesy Chicks, Gourmet Fingerz, Trolley Dogs, Sarcastic Swine, Steph's Cuisine and Loco Larry’s Tacos.

Anyone in need of a sweet treat will have a plethora of options to choose from, including The Whoo(pie) Wagon, Elite Dough Cookies and Uncle Joey’s Cannoli.

Throughout the day, there will be different entertainment options. Those will include the Mark Femino Band, Midtown Horns and the Dancing Dream ABBA Tribute Band. There will also be axe throwing in the Coddington Building parking lot.

The festival, which will be in the heart of Quincy, is free. For anyone in the area looking for something to do on the first Saturday of October, Coddington St. from Quincy High School to the Thomas Crane Public Library is the place to be.
