Quincy Man Charged With Upskirting At Park Street Station

QUINCY, MA — A Quincy man took part in upskirting at the Park Street station in Boston, transit police said.

Duong Nguyen, 30, was arrested Thursday and charged with upskirting, according to MBTA transit police.

At about 8:26 a.m. on Oct. 26, a woman was walking up the stairs of the Park Street station when a stranger, identified as Nguyen, allegedly began to take secret photographs underneath her skirt. The victim was unaware until she was notified by a man, who attempted to chase down Nguyen. The suspect was able to elude being stopped, police said.

Nguyen was taken into custody after a police investigation.
