In accordance with Governor Charles D. Bakers March 10, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 20, a meeting of the Ordinance Committee of the Quincy City Council will be convening via remote conferencing services on Monday, January 11th at 6:30 pm that will air on Quincy Access Television (QATV) Channel QATV-9 Government Access relative to any and all matters pending in this committee including, but not limited to:

2020-125 – Ordinance – Amending Municipal Code - Chapter 196 Licenses and Permits – Adding to Article II - Business Licenses and Fees - Section 196-14 – Regulation of Short-Term Residential Rentals

2020-126 – Order – Accepting the Local Excise Tax provision of M.G.L. Chapter 64G - Room Occupancy Excise

2020-127 – Order – Accepting the Community Impact Fee provision of M.G.L. Chapter 64G - Room Occupancy Excise - Professionally Managed Units
