Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. QUINCY, MA — Red Line trains began serving the Wollaston station just before noon Monday following the discovery of two bodies near the station early in the morning. Near 11:30 a.m., the MBTA said that shuttle buses that were serving the four stations between Braintree and JFK/UMass in Dorchester were being phased out with trains starting to serve Quincy again. Police halted train service around the Wollaston station after finding a man and a woman dead near 6 a.m. along the tracks. MBTA Transit Police Superintendent Richard Sullivan said the pair likely died after intentionally coming into contact with the electrified third rail and were not hit by a train.
