Suspected Package Thief Wanted by Quincy Police Department

From the Quincy Police Department:

The Quincy Police Department is looking to identify this individual below. He stole packages from an apartment building on Fayette Street on Feb. 27 and March 9. Both thefts occurred during daytime hours.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 40 years old, thin build, wearing an Oakland Raiders hat.
