Three Charged in Quincy Boat Break-in
Police say three face charges after allegedly being found on a boat early Thursday morning.

QUINCY, MA — Three Brockton men face charges following an alleged boat break-in.
Thomas Shaw, 26; Michael Venuti, 24; and Nicholas Ruskiewicz, 25, all of Brockton, were arrested Thursday morning and charged with breaking and entering.
At about 6:37 a.m., officers responded to a report of a breaking and entering to a boat at Bay Pointe Marina on Washington Street on. An employee at the scene told police that he saw three men on a boat and when he asked the owner if anyone was supposed to be there, he said no. Two employees then went to confront the three men, who then left the property by walking around a fence, heading towards Mound Street Beach.

Two of the men were found by police near Fore River Field. Both individuals matched the description provided by the employee witnesses and were placed under arrest.
A third man, identified as Ruskiewicz, went to the police station to inquire about the other two. After an officer noticed that the man matched the description of the third suspect, except that the color of his t-shirt had changed, he was placed under arrest following a positive identification from a witness.
