Around 10 p.m., police were called to Shangai Tailor, located at 66 Billing Road when witnesses saw a van, coming from Vane Street, smash into the storefront.Witnesses told police the suspect got out of the van and ran down Billings Road before hooking a right onto Lunt Street. Police described the suspect as an Asian man with a medium build and average height.Anyone with information should call Quincy Police at 617-479-1212.
