QUINCY, MA — Ward 5 City Councillor Chuck Phelan will be holding office hours March 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the City Council Office at City Hall. Any Ward 5 Resident is welcome to attend the office hours.

If you are unable to attend any of the office hours and would like to meet with Councillor Phelan please call 617-376-1355 or e-mail him directly and a separate appointment can be setup with you.

City Council Offices located on the second floor of City Hall at 1305 Hancock Street.
