Ward 5 Neighborhood Meeting About 45 & 47 And 59 Spear Street Proposal Is Scheduled For December 10

Due to the severe weather this past Saturday the Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the 45 & 47 Spear Street and 59 Spear Street proposals before the Quincy Planning Board had to be cancelled. I have rescheduled the meeting to Thursday, December 10th at 4:00 PM outdoors on-site at 45 Spear Street. The principle and owners of the property will be on hand to discuss the plan for the properties. The applicant proposes the demolition of two structures at 45 & 47 Spear Street and construction of a 34 residential building on the site as well as demolition of 59 Spear Street and construction of 16-unit residential building. If you are interested in this matter, I encourage you to attend. All residents attending are asked to wear masks and maintain social distance.

The case will be heard by the Planning Board on Wednesday, December 16th at 5:30 PM via Zoom remote video conference. On the reverse side of is this letter are the Planning Board’s instructions on how to access and participate in the Zoom meeting.
