Woman Stabbed 5 Times at Quincy Bar

QUINCY, MA — A woman is in critical condition following a stabbing at a bar in Quincy.

At about 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning, an incident was reported at the Jazz Moon Karaoke Bar on Quincy Avenue. Upon arrival, police found a woman on the ground surrounded by a large amount of blood. The victim, identified as a 43-year-old woman, was taken to Boston Medical Center. Police say the woman was stabbed five times.

Witnesses described the suspect to police as an Asian man with a dark knit hat and three quarter length coat, possibly green or multi colored. A knife was not recovered by police. Officers at the scene observed an Asian man leaving the parking lot in an SUV just after arriving.
