• Randolph Affordable Housing Trust Fund (randolph-ma.gov) — Randolph has created an Affordable Housing Trust Fund to help develop and preserve homes that residents with low or moderate incomes can afford. A seven-member trustee board, including the Town Manager, will guide how the fund complements existing bodies like the Housing Authority and Community Preservation Committee while addressing local housing needs without necessarily adding large apartment complexes.
