Active Shooter Training to Protect You and Your Business
Chamber of Commerce hosts Oct. 23 event to help you prepare yourself and others.

It can happen anywhere, the movie theater, the grocery store, or even at your place of business. Active shooter incidents are unpredictable and evolve quickly. Sergeant Howe is a 23-year veteran of the North Reading Police Department with 19 years in the patrol division as Patrol Officer and Shift Supervisor, his current role is Community Services Sergeant. Sgt. Howe is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and is the President of Threat Assessment and Prevention Strategies that specializes in workplace violence prevention and mitigation.
