READING, MA — A local road is closed due to downed wires, according to police.
Reading police posted shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday that wires are down on Torre Street near Salem Street.
Crews are making repairs.
Drivers are not permitted to turn onto Torre Street. Access to Torre Street, Line Road and Cumberland Farms remains available through the entrance closest to the rotary.
"Please use caution in the area and follow any directions from crews on scene," police wrote.
