Reading, MA –In the spirit of holiday giving, Reading Co-operative Bank contributed to Class Inc. an organization that redefines what’s possible for people with disabilities, located in Lawrence and North Reading.
Class, Inc. provides a wide array of services to individuals with development and physical disabilities. In 2011 they served over 500 individuals of all ages from 60 cities and town in Massachusetts. Their services include Assistive Technology, Employment Services, Production Management Support, and Transportation. Their primary concern is that they care for people with disabilities is inclusion in the community and they are always looking for ways to provide healthy, community based exercise and social activities.
“I was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit CLASS Inc. in their North Reading facility this summer. I met individuals engaging in assembly work in the CLASS production facility, having fun in the art room and learning in the computer lab. We at RCB are very proud to make a donation to such a wonderful organization,” says Nancy Brown, Branch Manager at the North Reading office.
