Arts Collaborative of Wakefield Spring Art Show

The Arts Collaborative of Wakefield Spring Art Show & Sale 

 will be featured in the Heritage Room at the Americal Civic Center 467 Main St Wakefield Ma 
 The ACW members Participating will have work in a variety of mediums.
 There will be paintings in watercolor, oil, pastel & felted fibers. Also woks in stained glass, quilting & photography.
  Some of the artists will have limited edition prints available for purchase
  Many of the artist members have shown & sold their work in Wakefield & throughout New England. This is a great opportunity to meet & speak 
 with the artists about their work.  Refreshments will be served.  A small portion of all sales will go to help support ACW activities.
The Three year old Arts Collaborative of Wakefield is a volunteer non-profit organization with a mission to support the local visual artist & craftsmen community.  It provides opportunities for artists to work together as a group and a creative environment to share resources, recognition & conversation with each other & the local community.

In the Drill Hall at the  Americal, The Wakefield Public Schools Visual Arts Department is hosting the annual "Arts Night" which is being held from 6-8pm tonight as well.
 They are showcasing the work of students in grades 1-12 & features approximately 40 high school students.
 Hundreds of art projects will be on display & virtually every art medium imaginable will be on display or being demonstrated by the students.
